Fuji offers a unique dining experience with a rustic chalet vibe, serving delicious hibachi and fresh sushi that rivals other local options. The filet mignon and scallop hibachi are always tender and cooked just right, and their sushi rolls, like the Hot Lover with soy paper, really stand out. Service is usually friendly and attentive, and with generous portions and reasonable prices, it's a solid choice when craving Japanese cuisine in Rome.
