I drove to Vancouver on a whim and decided to try this restaurant after seeing it all over TikTok, and the Lobster Cacio e Pepe pasta completely blew me away-it's honestly some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate despite being in the middle of the room, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Between the generous portions, delicious dishes like the truffle spaghetti and chicken parmigiana, and attentive service, I left feeling full and truly satisfied.
