Hit up happy hour here and was seriously impressed by the food and drinks lineup, which runs daily from 4 to 5:30 and then again from 9 till close. The oysters were sweet and fresh, the hot sake hit the spot, and the crunchy-creamy rolls had me hooked-plus, the cozy booths made it easy to chill despite the chilly weather outside. Later visits for lunch and dinner didn't disappoint either, with everything from tender wagyu stone bowls to melt-in-your-mouth sashimi keeping me coming back for more, all wrapped up with warm, attentive service and a relaxed vibe that nails the Japanese dining experience downtown.
