Even the smallest details, like a manager's thoughtful insistence on making things right, add to the genuine care that makes this experience so memorable.

I found this El Pollo Loco location while binge-watching El Pillo Loco recently. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was overall clean, although the restroom could use a bit more attention. Despite the small size of the facility, I would definitely consider stopping here with my family on our next drive up north.
