I've been in Canaan for a couple of months now and haven't checked out any restaurants yet. Tried the taco salad at April's Maple and it was surprisingly delicious with fresh, crispy lettuce. Planning to go back soon to explore more of their menu - heard great things about their seafood and chicken parmigiana.
