The fish served here is remarkably fresh and flavorful in every dish we tried, and our server Mariah was attentive in accommodating our dietary needs by checking ingredients and offering alternatives such as gluten-free soy sauce. The menu offers a wide variety of Asian dishes including sushi rolls, hibachi entrees, tempura, and noodle soups, with generous portions and consistently tasty flavors, though some dishes tend to be on the saltier side. Despite the simple exterior and takeout-only dining during recent times, the overall experience is pleasant with friendly service and satisfying meals that make this a reliable choice for Asian cuisine in a small town.

The food at this Asian bistro is absolutely fantastic, with fresh fish and delicious sushi rolls that are a must-try. Our server Mariah went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions and ensure we had a great dining experience. The pineapple chicken fried rice is my absolute favorite dish here, and I can't wait to be a forever customer at this gem of a restaurant in Bennington.
