The selection and freshness of the meats here are outstanding, with steaks that rival those from the best steakhouses I've experienced, and the Canadian bacon is a standout-natural, flavorful, and far less fatty than typical bacon. Calling ahead is a smart move to ensure availability, and while prices can be on the higher side depending on your choices, the quality and taste make every purchase well worth it.

The selection of fresh meats at Brault's Slaughter House and Market is impressive, and every cut I've tried has been delicious. I picked up some amazing Canadian bacon and ribeye steaks, and while prices can be a bit steep, the quality makes it worthwhile. Just remember to call ahead, as they sometimes have limited inventory and unusual hours.
