I organized a Celebration of Life event in the upstairs Minstrel Gallery where Tim showed me around and ensured our film presentation went smoothly. The staff, especially JD and the attentive waitresses, handled the unexpectedly large crowd with exceptional care, making sure our buffet was set up as planned. The service and food at Fireside Grill exceeded expectations, creating a memorable and stress-free experience during this important event.

REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. HOWEVER, THE PAST THREE VISITS HAVE BEEN AWFUL. INORDINATE TIME TO TAKE OUR ORDER (25 MINS.) THIRTY FIVE MINUTE TO BRING A COLD DRY STEAK ($45). WE COMPLAINED THE FIRST TWICE AND WERE GIVEN $25 CREDITS. FROM PAST EXPERIENCE WE GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT - CREDIT IS ONE THING BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR A RUINED EVENING. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. CAN'T KEEP BLAMING COVID. WE ARE DONE, SORRY BUT TIME TO TAKE OUR CUSTOM SOMEWHERE MORE RELIABLE.
