I've been obsessed with their common buns lately; they remind me of what my mom used to make! The staff is super friendly, and the baked goods are consistently amazing, especially the shortbread, which I usually don't even like. Even though the service has had its ups and downs, the deliciousness of everything makes it totally worth it, and I can't wait to go back for more!

Bad customer service, not going there again or buying their products elsewhere. Telling as many people as I can of my experience and suggesting other better places to go (crust backery or pattiserie Daniel!)

To the business owner: employees are crabby and grouchy. They will cost you not only your bottom line but your reputation as well! Treat your customers kindly not only because you do not know what has happened in their day before they came to spend money in your store, but also because it is *JUST KIND*
