The wife and i were traveling I-81 South on a recent January Sunday to stop for lunch. We found the leg quarters to be very large, the cole slaw superb, and the ice tea hit the spot. I often have stopped in for the brisket when I come to Timberville to pick up BBQ halves for my Ruritan Club. Being the BBQ pitmaster for my Ruritan Club for the last 40 years and booking up to 7200 BBQ Chicken halves for the summer I recognize a great que when it hits my tastebuds.
