Just my honest, humble opinion. I found the whole experience rather bizarre. First, you have to line up outside to order the food. You take a "buzzer" device like they give you at a fancy restaurant and when the buzzer signals, you have go back to a 2nd window to pick food up. It was an extremely hot day out, and too hot to stand in line. So, I am thinking, when I get the food, inside the building will feel great with air conditioning. Nope. There was only an air fan type cooling unit, and it was hot inside.
The barbecue was ok, but they gave me about half of a condiment cup full of sauce for a lot of barbecue. No sauce on a table to be seen. I had slaw and potato salad as sides and could not eat either of them. The slaw was a pink color and tasted like vinegar. I'm not sure how to describe the potato salad. I threw them both away. Someone who worked there asked how everything was and I was honest about it. The person offered to get me potato salad, but I had gotten than originally, and I couldn't eat it.
I am from a state with great barbecue and slaw. I will stick to what I know is good for me. Thanks.

During my visit, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The food exceeded my expectations with incredible flavors and beautifully presented dishes. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I will gladly return to.

Pulled off Interstate for a Wendy's burger but Maps showed me an option for BBQ less than a mile from exit ~ so of course i was ready to take a chance........ What a pleasant surprise! Ordered pulled pork but changed my mind when i saw the HUGE beef rib ~ The owner said it was his favorite so figured it was a safe bet. You know, sometimes you meet someone that you just know you can trust - He's exactly that person!
No exaggeration, the rib weighed nearly a pound and was tender to perfection.
I've had beef ribs from the famous Angus Barn Steakhouse in Raleigh but these are in a class even beyond those.
Seasoned perfectly and juicy but not greasy. Had no idea i would find the best 'gourmet' rib i've ever eaten alongside the Interstate ( and meet owners who are just solid good people ). Top quality in every respect and greatly exceeded my expectations.
