Yesterday, the experience was frustrating because there was only one lane open, causing a long wait, and I received someone else's order, which meant an extra 20-minute drive back to fix the mistake. Usually, the staff is friendly and the service is quick, with fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere, so I hope the next visit will be better.

Yesterday, I visited a Chick-fil-A location that seemed to be short-staffed, resulting in a long wait time with only one operational lane and no one taking orders outside. The usual efficient service I receive at this location was lacking, as I had to return home to retrieve missing items from my order, only to be met with unwelcoming attitudes from the staff. Despite this disappointing experience, I hope that my next visit will be more enjoyable and reflect the exceptional service I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
