The co-founder promptly addressed the issue I had with my order and provided me with points for my next purchase, which I found to be a thoughtful gesture. I am pleased with the quick resolution and hope to avoid similar mishaps in the future. It would be beneficial if they consider placing the salad dressing outside the packaging for immediate visibility, as it can be frustrating to discover its absence upon unpacking.
