This little restaurant blew me away with its incredible food! Despite its size, every dish is packed with flavor and creativity. I've been telling everyone I know that they need to experience it for themselves.

typical unexciting restaurant setting with a less than mediocre menu. i challenge local restaurants and one particular new coffee shop in meadows of dan to do some research about food and coffee qualities, and recipes for both. on our first visit to the claudville cafe, we asked what the chuck wagon menu item was...waitress, one other employee, and cook didn't know what it was. omg. may give it another visit, maybe the next review will result in at least 2 stars!
