I grew up in LA surrounded by delicious Vietnamese food, but the offerings here surpass even the best I've had back home. Their ham variations, cha lua and cha gio, are simply exceptional. Whenever I visit family near Little Saigon, I make sure to bring some back - it's become a tradition. The steamed selections like banh gio, banh day, and banh bao are always on point, with flavors that remind me of home.
