Stacked Eatery Company was one of the best discoveries I've found nestled away in Greenbrier. It's not a large, trendy hot spot, but rather a small family run restaurant. It's blueberry pancakes are HUGE and overflowing with large, fresh blueberries...the best I've had. My husband' s three egg vegetable omelet was fluffy and chock full of freshly chopped produce and Cheese, served with homemade potatoes and toast. Another patron was raving about their special corned beef hash.
If you want fresh and friendly, this is your place! We will be going back for more!!
They are located 717 Eden Way N just a few doors down from Moe's. Worth the trip.
