I am not to happy with one of their waitress named taylor!! She was rude and acted like she didnt care for mine and my families needs. I had a family friend go to the same Ruby's location and was not to happy with the service the same waitress gave them!!!! I will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesdays again. I've seen her as a host before. all she did was rudely ask if we wanted a booth or table, then asked if we wanted a bar or dining area booth. i have a 5 year old so we went with one in the dining room. she gave us a stare and just started walking. didnt talk to us while walking. got to the table she and said your server will be with you soon..... im was shocked to see her as a waitress after that.. our waitress! if i were her manager, she would of been fired by now!!
