Carlos and the team at the front provided incredibly friendly and attentive service, making the entire dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. The generous portions of flavorful Mexican-American dishes, paired with refreshing margaritas and a beautiful riverside patio, made it a memorable meal that I'm eager to return to.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Carlos 1800. The service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were generous. The fajitas and guacamole were delicious, and the ambiance by the river was perfect for our group of 8.
