Elixir served up some truly memorable sandwiches, especially the Green Goblin with its unforgettable pesto and mayo blend that lingered on my taste buds long after. The cozy interior, cheerful dí©cor, and stunning river views created a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in with a smooth, well-crafted Americano. Despite a busy single barista handling a steady flow of customers, the friendly service and delicious offerings made the wait worthwhile, leaving me eager to return and try more.

Recently grabbed a bite at Elixir on my way down the coast and tried out their BLAT and Green Goblin sandwiches. The pesto and mayo combo in the Green Goblin really stood out to me, and the small, charming shop offered a lovely view over the water. The Americano was smooth and satisfying, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy - definitely a gem to stumble upon during a road trip.
