Eagans in Tumwater brings back that classic drive-in vibe with its old-school decor, pinball machines, and friendly service, making each visit feel like a nostalgic trip. Their Big Tom Combo with crispy onion rings and a pineapple cream soda hits the spot every time, and the burgers-especially the sourdough and bacon options-are always juicy and packed with flavor. Whether dining in during warmer days or grabbing a quick order through the drive-thru or delivery, the consistently fresh fries, thick shakes, and that signature "goop" sauce keep me coming back for more.

Last Spring, I made it back to Tumwater to try Eagans and it was so memorable that I ended up going again after dropping off my wife at the Capitol. I had the Big Tom Combo with Onion Rings and tartar sauce, and the Pineapple Cream Soda from the fountain machine was a perfect choice. The old-time interior with pinball machines, soda decor, and an old dial pay phone brought back childhood memories, and the service was friendly and efficient, making it a fun and tasty experience worth revisiting.
