Best food I have ever had at a restaurant. This place really stands out and is in no way an Americanized, watered down Mexican food place. The beast burrito it huge! They actually sell lenguas tacos! It was the best lenguas I have ever had, the meat was so moist and juicy and fell apart in your hands. The best part is the cook is a pioneer in putting a delicious twist on classic foods to make them extra perfect: the beans are cooked with pork for a perfect flavor and texture, the guacamole was a fantastic party in my mouth with fresh bell peppers, celery, onion, tomato and green apple! The green apple was a wonderful addition and such and great crunch and consistency. The best surprise by far was when I asked for salsa and was given a squeeze bottle labeled strawberry. It was Soo good with the lenguas tacos and it was a perfectly spicy salsa made with fresh strawberries! The cook should be very proud of himself. I as a cook myself, am extremely picky and this guy knows food and how to add flavors that really compliment the food. This man is very friendly and has true talent! I will definitely be coming back and constantly dreaming of those tacos with that strawberry salsa!
