Worst restaurant I ever worked for. Do not eat here unless u want food poisoning or bad service. And a really bad owner trying to scare his employees with his past. most dreadful job.

I ordered two hamburgers, I told the server that I wanted an old fashioned hamburger. I paid extra for lettuce and tomato. When I got back to the house, I found that they had deleted the pickle and onion and had failed to mayo both buns. I had asked specifically for that. So my first experience with Zips was a bad one and probably my last one.

Food took 30 minutes. Fries were cold. I had to ask for update on my order twice before getting my food. No one offered an apology or a discount.

We were in Ritzville all weekend for a wedding and decided to try a few different eating establishments. We had eaten heavy the first night at the venue across the street so we decided to walk from our hotel and try Zips that was right next to our hotel. As we approached we smelt a whiff of someone partaking in their Washington state rights to smoke cannabis and was surprised to see it was coming for the basement of this eatery. That should have been our first clue but we decided to go in instead. Well the whole crew looked like something out of a high times magazine, they all looked a little ragged and strung out the girl at the counter seemed to be doing everything and on the plus side was very friendly. They did have plenty of menu choices which was nice, almost too many for our indecisive 14 year old but that is another story. The food was actually pretty good, I had some sort of BBQ Burger served on a roll, very tasty. My wife tried the Bronco Burger after the local high school and it was great as well. But hey what did you expect from a crew that probably has the munchies often.
