After running errands yesterday, my wife and I tried a new menu item-the Lava Bowl with chicken, beef, shrimp, rice, and just the right amount of spice-which exceeded all expectations and was complemented by great customer service despite a long wait. As a native New Mexican now living in West Virginia, I appreciate authentic Mexican flavors, and this restaurant delivers fantastic food, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere that make me eager to return.

I have been a New Mexican living in West Virginia for a year and a half, struggling to find good Mexican food. However, the food at this restaurant was fantastic, with delicious salsa that rivaled even my homemade version. The service was good and the atmosphere was just right, making it a place I will definitely revisit in the future. Despite some minor issues with the service, the overall experience was enjoyable and the food was very satisfying, earning this restaurant a recommendation from me.

My family (hubby 2kids and I) eat at Las Trancas at least once a week. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. We've NEVER had an issue with anything here. The wait staff have always been attentive too. I recommend Las Trancas to friends and family in the area every time they ask for good Mexican food.
