First time I went in there last week . I was amazed. The place is a bit dirty . The bathroom was totally cluttered and dirty . Out of date .

This place is just okay. I wanna give it more stars I wish I could really . They don't deserve five stars for everything . Trurfully going to dirty chairs and tables and some rude staff is not gonna give them a five star rate . The bathroom was filthy and so cheap looking and not creepy at all. Experience for that was horrible ! The owners is so nice though and things up for that . The ice cream I got in my shake was old. After two sips I noticed that it had been expired and I told the girl. She said it wasn't old. A guy behind me said his did not taste good end He wouldn't come back .

I heard about this place on the news and never really had time to go until recently! I thought I would be excited with my child and husband going there . We love Halloween and are a goth couple . The shakes was delicious . The staff has plenty of people, customers are always there , bottom line is we go up The counter and tell our name, and was we was told we had to wait two different times wait on our stuff.twenty minutes goes by and the chairs was unbalanced and the table was filthy dirty , we ended up scrubbing it to try to have a good experience . It was not a good experience having to go and clean up a table and waiting so long for food .

I never in my life seen so many dirty areas and tables . I hope the health department writes them up.

The energy employees act like zombies and I don't mean because of the place. They are very slow and seen miserable . Loved the food and everything about it being horror. Loved all of the decor . My family and I seemed shocked that we didn't even get a thanks for tipping six bucks in the coffin tip box. The person behind the counter just looked at us and sighed .

The shake was nasty , the candy on it and outside was outdated ! It was old.. It took fifteen minutes for me to get napkins and a spoon. The prices is outrageous.

By the time I got a shake it was literally melting . I think some of the staff is very nice . The table I sat at was dirty and I told a person that worked there . They ended up giving me stuff to wipe it of with . I wanna rate them four or five stara. I can't . Inexperience was not all that great . I drove two hours with my family to go there because I have heard good things by a few people . It turned out as a three star experience .

I rather go to a McDonald's for sweets or the atore. This place is not all that great. $7.00 for a shake that tastes really cheap and nasty .I never in my life felt sick that bad .My father in law had hotdogs and says they was not all that good. This place needs to update certain things and get the staff to do better and hire more people .
