Nestled in the heart of Taylor County, West Virginia, Grafton may not be the first place that comes to mind for culinary adventures. Having resided in Grafton for over a decade, I can attest to the limited dining options available, with only a handful of establishments offering decent fare. The dining scene at The Lodge at Tygart Lake has seen its fair share of turnover, with previous ventures falling short in both quality and creativity.
