10/20/2009 - Local Fan of Bouy 32
I have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for an amazing meal, excellent service and a staff that that treats you as a guest rather than a customer then you MUST try Buoy! I try to venture out to other restaurants from time to time just to see what is out there but at the end of every meal I kick myself and say "Should have gone to Buoy!" The passion Chef Eric has for food is displayed in every dish. And if you get a chance to speak with him during your visit you will understand. I recommend the Coco Shrimp and Tuna Lollipops as starters, the wedge for your salad and any of the sea fare on the menu. I have never had such fresh fish before, which is caught locally brought in daily! I promise you will not be disappointed!
