Went once after coming back from an event, and was dining alone. Restaurant was very busy. They were so backed up that I had to grab my own cutlery for my meal! Steak was way overdone, but I was too hungry to send it back. Service was extremely poor, mostly due to cutting corners on wait staff...
Ordered the most simple Sirloin steak and fries and the meal came out cold. Would have much rather gone through a McDonald's Drive Thru; at least I know what I'm expecting from there!
It was so brutally poor, that this is the first time in my life that I never left a tip.
