I discovered a unique bistro in an old train station in Winnipeg that offers incredible French cuisine, including the best steak frites I've ever tasted. My friends and I have made it a tradition to celebrate special occasions there, and each visit leaves me eager to return for more delicious dishes and the charming atmosphere.
