I visited Vinnies yesterday and had a frustrating experience. The waitress took all our orders at once, but our drinks came right away with overly sweet tea, and then we waited an hour for our food order that she forgot to place. The poor service led us to leave, as we noticed other customers getting upset and leaving as well.
