Ordering by phone was a breeze, with quick service and spot-on accuracy every time. The pizzas have a deliciously chewy crust, fresh toppings, and flavorful sauce that keep me coming back, especially favorites like the BBQ chicken and Mac and Cheese varieties. The friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and consistent quality make it clear why this is one of the best pizza experiences around.

I called to place an order, and the service was efficient and accurate. The staff was friendly and offered a discount on a larger pizza, but I opted for a smaller size with additional toppings.

iTS A SHAME that you can't deliver orders 8-9 mins away from HWY89 where your located at. Cause I saw a Day 1 delivery driver by Moriah Rd. just last week!!!

I had to explain my address, name and phone number 3 times to the guy on the phone.. i was told 50 minutes. About an hour hand tell minutes later I got a call and they could'nt find my address, well they had the wrong one. My pizza was cold. When I go back to my home town and call the pizza company, they know its me that is calling what I always order and they have the address in the system. Get with the times or eventually you will be washed right out of town. I wont be calling you anymore.

Moved away about a year and a half ago to Beaver Dam, we just moved back to Columbus and the first thing we did was order a Day One pizza, they are the best pizza we ever had!
