We are a dine-in and take-out friendly Chinese and Japanese restaurant located on the north side of Portage, WI right off I-39. Our standards go beyond food quality; it includes the atmosphere, affordability and enjoyment of our customers as well.

Although CHI-PAN has only opened their doors to the public on August 2010, it has more than 20 years of culinary experience supporting it. We strive to bring out the best in select Chinese and Japanese dishes. Our available menu selections are prepared with non-frozen, fresh and high quality ingredients.
