Casa Chavez offers consistently excellent Mexican food with flavorful dishes like Chile Verde, carnitas, and homemade tamales that remind me of authentic flavors from Texas and Mexico. The family-owned atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attentive service and a pleasant ambiance that makes every visit enjoyable, even if they aren't open on Sundays.
