Alpine Sausage Kitchen is the best kept secret in New Mexico for individuals seeking authentic German food from homemade veal Bratwurst .... Kartoffelsalat (German potato salad) .... brötchen (rolls) etc. As someone who lived in Frankfurt am Main some 40 years ago, I know the real thing when I taste it! We'll shop there every time we visit Albuquerque from two hours away in Abiquiú.
