Horrible customer service! My bf ordered 2 soups 2 sandwiches. I went to pick up, my first time n was handed 2 sandwiches. I asked about the soups she said none were ordered. So I bought soup n tipped $6 on a $36. When I went n delivered the order my bf asked about the soups. He called n yes he ordered 2 soups. He was than lectured on how its not their responsibility to get the soup. I went back to get my refund, the girl behind the counter was horrible. A man returned the cost of 1 soup n never said a word. When I left that young girl n another girl were snickering...never will I go there again.
