Do NOT order from this place!!! Your pizza will take over an hour and a half to be delivered COLD and the person who answered the phone on Tuesday evening 11-3-15 is not customer oriented. In fact, he is not nice at all. Never ever order from them!

did not read the reviews befor ordering..bog mistake..chic parm is thin sliced unbreaded chic on roll with sauce and cheese(?) ...EEWWW...AND my baked ziti with meatballs had no meatballs and was sprinkled with a ton of oregano...way more than anyone would deem necessary...double eewww

Just ordered chicken parm for delivery.....thinly sliced unbreaded chicken over stale pasta, barely any sauce. I threw it in garbage. Never ordering here again....second time ordering, pizza sucks too.. Should have learned first time after pizza...... Take New York off your name....!!!

Pizza was cold and salty very little sauce on the pizza will not order here again and salad had very little dressing. Called to have it delivered not any more its the worst pizza I ever had.

Absolutely love this place, I could sit here for 1/2 an hour writing about how great this place is but instead, you should become a regular, and discover how awesome Donny's is for yourself.

The food is pretty good, especially the Sicilian Pizza, and some of the hot subs. The main problem with this place is the general attitude of the employee(s). The owner and wife are rather pleasant, and always willing to help you out, but the others.... Downright rude. From throwing your change back onto the counter instead of handing it to you, to hanging up on you before you've finished ordering, this place needs an overhaul. You're employees of a pizza restaurant, where are you getting this bizarre self-entitlement. You make pizzas, cheer up. Don't be such dicks.

I tried Donny's pizza tonight for the first time I ordered 10 minutes to closing and felt really bad but the employees were still very nice and the pizza was delicious!!

The Sicilian pizzas are delicious, chicken pesto being my favorite. Though I I find the staff there incredibly rude and not worth going even for the good pizza due to outright rude staff. I used to get chicken pesto pizza often and was told that 'you're going to get fat if you keep eating this pizza' by the owner. Having self confidence issues, I was seriously offended by this. I still got his pizza though and he said it again about two weeks later. Never went back. You can also hear the owner yelling at his employees for ridiculous reasons. I just ordered from them tonight and they were ok on the phone when taken my order...when the delivery guy came he was nice..but after handing me my food he said ur pizza was 22 and change...I handed him 40..I didn't realize til after the guy left he only handed me 8 bucks back...I called them and told them what happened and all they did was make jokes and I could hear everything that they were saying like I couldn't hear them..the guy picked up the phone and said he be right there with the right change...well the delivery guy was rude when he came back and I was rude right back and told him I heard everything on the phone...when he left he gave me the finger

Fantastic! We sat outside and the waitress was quick and very friendly! We had the deep dish Greek pizza and a deep dish meat lovers, both were wonderful! The owner came out and chatted with us before dinner. I have to say that they do know how to make you feel right at home, wonderful little town and walking distance from my son's apartment! Will be going back in October and that will be one of my stops!!

Soo I've been a frequent customer at Donny's for a few months now and have always been satisfied. with the exception of a time or to when I would call and the person on the other end was being very Rude for apparently no reason at all. Any how I went there tonight to get my usual couple slices of pepperoni pizza. When I got to the counter and told the guy what I wanted he surprisingly asked me what was in my plastic bag that I had with me. I thought to myself wtf none of your business man. It was a six pack of Mt. Dew that I had just bought and was wondering how that really mattered to him!! I was getting my food to go not like I was ordering to eat there and drink my own soda which I know u arnt supposed to do. I work at a pizza place and know how it is but anyhow it's not like he asked nicely what I had with me he rudely asked and that alone made me want to just leave and take my business elsewhere but that wasn't even the frosting on the cake!!! The reason why I'm writing this review is, while I was waiting for my food I figured I would use the restroom. I went in and literally had the " Hot Water " running for about 3-4 minutes w/o it even getting Luke warm!! Soo I said scratch that looks like I'm not washing my hand and went to do my buisness! Took the usual 3-5 minutes to do so and before I had the chance to come out of the stall an employee came busting through the door to the tiny one urinal one stall bathroom loudly asking if everything was ok in here and that the boss said you've been in here a very long time! Meanwhile two feet away customers are all eatting there meals over hearing what this guy was saying!! Talk about embarrassing : / I guess if you use there bathroom there's an 8-10 min time limit?? That completely ruined it for me I almost wanted to just leave the slices there that's how discussed I was and will no longer be bringing my buisness there!!

use to order all the time was great but the service began to slack and started to deliver wrong order and rude if u give them only 5 dollar tip on a 13$ pizza call back to replace order and they said OK will replace if other one intact and u can give back i believe once food leave a restaurant they can not return it in to the restaurant for heath reason . what u will do with it send it to another customer :)

I used to be a good customer but I will not deal with them again.I asked for extra stuff on my food,and I got scammed.A grinder with mostly vegetables and hardly any meat.And a calzone that was all dry.I have complained 2 times and they said they would do better.They have gotten worse.Do not buy from them they will rip you off.

The Sicilian is as good as it gets. Pizza rolls are really good too, but it's the Sicilian that keeps me coming back practically every week.
And the family that runs the place is the best - they're always happy to see you. Made me feel like a regular the first time I went in - and now I have been for 8+ years.

Stopped in for quick bite with my son, had a few slices, pizza was best i had in a while my son loved it too! Nice atmosphere casual and friendly. We made it back again with family and love the pizza every time!

i worked here before, the owner johnny is a coke head, he's a jerk and harassed me so much to the point where i had to leave. Kosta the other owner is very nice, and cares about the people he serves. the foods good though. johnny just is a jerk, and they still haven't given me my last pay check

Very nice owners, and the pizza was excellent, reminded of the corner shops in NY in the 60s and 70s when you could walk up to open window and get some of the best pizza ever. Delivery was outstanding, never have had a problem. You won't be dissappointed!

My god if you have not tasted their Sicilian you don't know what Pizza can be. Best kept secret in Burlington. I sat at the Bar and was entertained by the bartender performing bar tricks. Two slices and a beer for less than $7 is a value these days.
The decor was New York but the place is roomy and kids are very welcomed.

I Highly reccomended Donny's. I love the Sicilian Pizza and BBQ Chicken. Nice beer selection, owner came to my table and introduce himself. A lot of fun to seat in the Bar. The barman does great bar tricks that are very entertaining.

I introduced myself to the Greek Family that owns this place and they treated my like a celebrity. I asked them what to have and they served my a Greek Salad, with imported Feta and Kalamata olives , a Lamb Gyro and a Baklava for desert. I truly enjoyed it.

Their Subs are great, especially the Buffalo Chicken.
Their Deep dish pizza is great, crispy where it should be and just plain tasty.
Go there for a beer and a slice after work, great bartenders who are friendly and always talkative...
Good place to watch sports . . .
