A great breakfast spot in Brewster! The owners, Paul and Ivan, really care about their business, their employees, and most of all their customers. Paul comes and talks to many of the customers and even brings out their food! Local ORGANIC Beans to coffee (at $3.05 a cup it's worth it! VERY STRONG! Bottomless too!) The pancakes are huge and Paulie's Waffles with bananas and strawberries TO DIE FOR! The eggs are good and so are the homefries! I had to try a little off of everyone's plate!
