Got short changed $30 and treated like i was ruining a scam when i brought it to their attention. Have been going there for a decade

I've been to the bar twice now. I felt as if the bar deserved a second chance after the way the employees acted first time I there. The atmosphere of this bar is great the drinks are cheap and strong . The problem lies with the employees. Taking more time to fight about relationships behind the bar than servings their customers. My friend opened a tap and they lost his card at the bar took 30 mins looking for it after the bar closed and then treated us like it was our fault they had to be there late. One employee even said to us. " I could help you with that but then I would be here another 10 mins and I'm not doing that. " The Patrons of the bar are great. We'll except for the few that were previously employed there. These people act as if it is their bar and even go as far as going behind the bar and getting their own drinks without payment. In my conclusion the could be a great bar if had a much better staff and a good manager
