Wren...Maybe if you learned how to spell customer (I don't believe they sell costumes) correctly, maybe you could order the correct food, etc....please...... One of the best Chinese delivery restaurants I have found in Kentucky.

OMG HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! I ordered food from this place twice and the both times the cheap container they used to put the sweet and sour sauce in came open and spilled in all over the food. The 1st time it happened I called and told them about it they credited the account one crab rangoon. Which I thought was lame but I didn't fight about it, but when it happen the second time it was not only the sweet and sour sauce but the egg drop soup too. When I called back the guy who answered the phone (who was even very rude when I was ordering) made me repeat what happened like 5 times and when I asked him if I could speak to someone else like the manager he said call back tomorrow and hung up on me. I called back and explained that hanging up on me was very rude and not a very adult way to handle a problem he hung up on me again. I called back and he started just picking up the phone and hanging it up with out saying hello or anything. I waited about 5 mins and called back and told him if he hung up on me again I was sending my husband up there to handle this in person. I explained that I needed to talk to someone who could handle this problem which clearly he could not. He again told me that the manager was not there and to call back again tomorrow. I explained I did not want to wait till tomorrow and that I wanted to speak to the manager tonight.I said that after being hung up on 7 times I was extremely upset and didn't want to wait. I explained that he HAD to have a way to contact the manager and that was what he needed to do. He told me he did not. I said you need to call them and tell them to call me. He again told me he couldn't do that and that he was very busy and hung up on me again, when I called back he shouted in to the phone that the manager was going to call me. I said good and suggested he should begin his day tomorrow by looking in the Sunday paper for a new job. His reply was fine I don't care if I lose this job!! then hung up on me again. A few moments later the manager called. I calmly explained what happened and how I was treated and she said that because this had happen before there was a note on the computer that said to put the sauce on the bottom of the bag. It was not on the bottom and in between being hung up on I took pictures of the food which I offered to email to her and then she accused me of pulling the sauce out, spilling it every where myself and even said she needed to watch the video to see if the guy hung up on me so many times. She kept saying that maybe the sauce was coming out of the little pin hole in the top of the lid, again I offered to send her pictures which she again accused me making up. She then said the best she could do was offer half my money back. I told her that was not good enough, I wanted a full refund if she wanted to make this right. I explained that if half a refund was all she was going to do after the way I was treated then she was going to lose my business. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!Instead try Lee's Garden on Tiverton Way(859)272-8000(their coconut chicken is to die for). We order from them at least once a week and they have messed things up only once. When I called and talk to the manager she not only was polite but gave us a free meal to make up for the messed up one. Oh and no one hung up on me!
