I sometimes go to the City Room alone. In the past, I have not thought much of it, although it has an incredibly loyal following.
I went recently and considering I only ordered one egg and toast, it was perfectly cooked, hot and came promptly. Sometimes when I order a small amount of food, it is not given the importance to the wait staff that a large order is. They gave me as much attention as anyone else. A good solid restaurant - and not expensive! |

I come here for breakfast occasionally. The food is pretty good with big portions for the price. Specials change daily. The quaint, home-like atmosphere makes the trip worthwhile for a leisurely breakfast or a quick coffee and lunch. |
