I went to pick up a few pound cakes for my brothers birthday. It was a hot summer day. When the young lady was so kindly getting my pound cake out of the freezer, the gentleman (probably the Owner) just handed me a cold bottle of water. He may have thought was a small gesture, I thought it to be incredibly thoughtful and brilliant. It's a gesture of kindness I will never forget.
