Food is ok,nothing to brag about. Egg rolls are definitely the BEST in Brick!! Owner rushes you off the phone if placing a to go order and is kinda rude. Wish they wouldn't be stingy on the ingredients....they try and use bok choy & celery ( cheap fillers) as their veggies....use more fresh veggies in dishes!! Also, stay way from their "tofu" it's soggy and disgusting!! Worst I have ever had!

I haven't eaten this food in a couple of years. Obviously it is owned by new people. The place is Clean which is nice considering other Chinese take outs in the area. The food is fresh, and there is no MSG and this makes a big difference. The fried rice was amazing...real fried rice not like the other guys make. The veg. and shrimp in my dish were delicious. !!

Obviously under new ownership the quality and taste of the food has dropped and portions are no longer full, I been a customer for over twenty years and now no longer will order from mings.

So dis appointed, three times now I've ordered brown rice and when I go to pick up my food the "just ran out" Sorry folks 3 sntrikes and you are out! There are several other options in this area. I won't be back.

We have tried other chinese food restaurants (we order chinses sometimes for lunch at work as well as going out for dinner) and this is by far the BEST egg fo yung that I have gotten. My husband likes Szechuan beef and is never disappointed in his meal either.

this food was so nasty i couldnt even eat it. im a big guy and i will eat almost anything, but this food was clearly crap! flavorless, gross, disgusting slop. i got lo mein, it was soggy and had this watery sauce and there was oil thrown all on top of it. i was completely grossed out. i mean i know it is a bad economy, but do people have to serve plates full of garbage????

I tried the food, and honestly the food is awesome and I went there because all my friends and neighbors go there and recommended me to go. I'm from north jersey and this restuarant is by far , far better than all the other resturants i tried, rice king, los graden....I would totally recommend this resturant, and i would ignore the other comments in this website because i frankly think its ming's competitors and they want some of their customers!!! not the way to do business people!!!
