My family and I have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for years. Boardwalk Bar & Grill has been a restaurant we frequent often in the summertime. We recently took a day trip down and had dinner there. The food was great (try the crab cakes) as were our drinks ( so many to chose from). The prices are average considering you are at a top tourist vacation spot. The scenery and dining experience make it all worth the while, plus the staff is very friendly. Definitely stop here if you are in the area!

Fabulous restaurant! I visited the shore for a week with my husband and another couple. We ate at the Boardwalk Bar & Grill our first night and loved it so much that we went almost every night. The menu has something for everyone and the drinks are phenomenal. Even better was the staff! Our service was fantastic... we are planning to go back this summer! I definitely recommend to all!

I went to this bar last year with another couple and met up with 2 other friends to see a band I really like that had recently started to play there. I showed up after having 2 drinks at my friend's house. Was loving the tunes and was buying rounds at the bar for my friends and myself. I got flagged after being there only an hour. I was nowhere near being drunk and was not acting drunk at all. I was told "It came from upstairs". I planned my night around this place and sine I couldn't drink, we decided to leave. We went to another bar and luckily saved the night, but it was VERY embarrassing to me and the sting of being flagged for the first time in my life really did not improve the night. My friend's wife was pregnant at at the time, and therefore sober, and confirmed to me that I was in no way acting drunk at all. Will NEVER go to this lame bar again and I recommend you avoid it too unless you plan on being VERY mellow. AVOID FOR GOOD TIME.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever experienced. The food is bland and way overpriced. More atrocious is the service, or lack thereof. As if my experience wasn't terrible enough, there was a family of six being hassled after they had apparently waited an hour for a table. The owner/manager could not have been more of a d-bag. I left with a bad taste in my mouth from both the food and the experience. My recommendation? Skip this place, there are plenty of others in Point Pleasant.
