This used to be one of my favorite sandwich places until last night. I called to place an order for delivery and paid over the phone, as I usually do. Well, a very rude man got on the phone and accused me of not paying the previous time I ordered. Apparently my credit card information never went through on their end, but they still bothered to deliver the food and I even gave them 5 dollar tip. Yet, the girl who took my order said she would call me back if there was an issue with the credit card info. I was never aware of this and they claimed they called my cell and stopped by the house for payment. I didn't receive any phone calls or texts, and they must have stopped by the house when we weren't home. Then he proceeded to tell me it came out of the workers pockets. If I was going to screw them out of money, would I order from them again? Makes no sense! I was very disappointed in the way this man talked to me and I will not order from them again!
