I called tonight to place an order, and I was put on hold, or should I say the phone was placed on the counter, so I could listen to everything going on there, so after about 5 minutes an employee picked up the phone to take my order, the first words out of his mouth were, ya what can I get ya. I told him that I would like a large pizza, his response, WHAT DO YA WANT IT,it this time I said never mind and hung up, ordered from another local pizza shop, by the way there are many. there phone manners were very good the food was great delivery was good, and the price were good. I know i'm not the first to take my business elsewhere do to lack of manners and good customer service, and I know I won't be the last.

I have tried all the pizza restaurants in the Malone area and the owl's nest is the only place we will order our pizza from,Hands down they have the best.

We tried this pizza shop this weekend and there pizza and chicken Alfredo with broccoli dishes were Excellent,there chicken wings were also very good.

I stop in on my way home from work a couple times a week, there Bruschetta pizzas and Grilled Italian salads are the best in the Malone area,always fresh,Hot and they load the salads up good for you and the staff are always great to visit with. 5 STARS and a + for this pizza palor.

I stop in for there Pasta dishes and jumbo hot wings I think they have the best in town,there service is Excellent and there Food is always Fresh and Hot.

We ordered here last weekend,all our food was very fresh,Hot and they were very fast in there Delivery,The pizzas were very GOOD,and the hot Subs were Loaded to the MAX.Excellent place to Dine in or have Delivered.Owl"s Nest is number one in the Malone area.

Excellent place to eat,I think they have the best salads in town and there pizza is some of the best in the north country,very clean inside and the food is always Hot and fresh. There meat lovers pizza is my favorite.

I had are order delivered last weekend for my Daughters birthday party,several pizzas,wings,mozzie sticks and a bunch of other food,and several liters of soda ,they were fantastic,food was so fresh and hot and GOOD and the delivery driver even helped us take the food out of boxes and put on my big food trays for serving,Thank you so much for making this birthday a good one,your the best.

I have been here a few times for there Hot subs and hot wings there the best i have ever had,always hot and fresh and there coffee is always fresh,There meatball sub is my favorite and you get your food fast and the staff is great in there.
