9 out of 10 times I have ordered; they didn't have the specific item requested. You would think a restaurant known and having chicken on their menu would have it in stock. Not only do they run out of chicken, they want you to order something else and forget to bring it to you. I'm over it! I will never go there again!! I'm not saying all KFC restaurants are like this but the one in Harriman Tn is in need of new management. This has been going on for years.
