We dine at this establishment regularly and find the food to be satisfying, although it falls short of perfection. I usually opt for a pasta dish and am generally pleased, though I have noticed occasional kitchen oversights like undrained pasta. While the service can be inconsistent, there are standout servers like Sherry who enhance the dining experience, but there are also a few staff members who detract from it. The location is unassuming with sufficient parking, and the dining area, while plain, serves its purpose. A meal for two with a glass of wine each typically totals around $50 before gratuity.

Wonderful Italian food, but they have gone up on their prices with no changes in food nor decor. The only thing that has changed is the leather cased menus which is ridiculous! thumbs down for this place - not worth it

This is by far the best restaurant in the area without having to travel the 35 miles into Birmingham. I travel to Pell City frequently on business and I almost always choose Cafe Avanti for dinner.
