During a brief stop in Anchorage on a long bus journey to our next destination, we came across a small food cart that caught our attention. Intrigued by the aroma of sizzling meat, we decided to try the reindeer sausage being cooked on the grill. The first bite revealed a satisfying snap of the casing and a flavorful kick that left us impressed. The friendly service and delicious offerings at this food cart made it a memorable pit stop on our trip through Anchorage.
