You might think there can't be much difference in the quality of a latte, mocha, frappe, or other typical drink you can get at a cafe, between one coffee joint and another. After stumbling across Loca Mocha, and more specifically it's proprietor, and currently it's only barista, Rosie, I can say with confidence that no one in town makes a better cup. In comparison, the other cafes and coffee stands in Anchorage, serve unpalatable garbage, and I won't buy from anyone else in this town again.
