I worked in green valley for 15 years and frequently ordered from them. I was in GV on 12/10/22 and thought we could use a treat of some good pizza and chicken parm. I was their first take out customer that day. The pizza appeared to be left over from the day before and reheated and the chicken parm was awful. My husband threw it in the garbage. I will not order anything from them again. The price is too high for that garbage.

Food is good however customer service needs a a lot of help. They answer the phone and immediately put you on hold WITHOUT even asking if it’s ok to be put on hold. Not that I would say “it’s not ok to be put on hold” it’s just very rude for a business to answer a call and put a customer on hold halfway through saying the business name. This has happened to us a couple times and really makes us not want to return.

Went in 5:00 today to have pizza with my father-in-law and wife. They had salad and my wife and ORDERED ONE pizza. 35 minutes after ordering miss bubble waitress finally told us it takes 45 minutes on Friday when you dine in. Wtf. Had she told us this valuable information we would have never ordered pizza. Kicker is it took almost 55 minutes so we took it home instead. Come on get your crap together

Service was fast. Spaghetti really watered down. Sauce ended up in the bag. Used to be my favorite place but cost went up food went down. They should go back to their old place.

I loved this place and would always bring family and friends there that came into town.
The waitresses were friendly and great pizza (a little pricey for pizza though). The last couple times I have been in there it has been about 7:00 and we felt that no one wanted to wait on us. There were 3 waitresses standing around the last time we went, only one other table had people at it They seemed to be only interested in closing and getting out of there (I believe they close at 8). Again this was an hour before they close. No refills and we felt like we had to hurry and leave because after we ate 1 slice of pizza they were offering to box it up. We looked at each other when we left and said wow that was uncomfortable. I am very disappointed! I will go back at some point. Hoping for the friendly place it used to be.

My husband and I been customer"s many years march, 10th went too movies and decided too go have pizza well we walked in there where tables on the right vacant so we wanted too sit there she wouldn"t let us she wanted us too sit single table infront of the door we didn"t want too get the chill from door opening we said we didn"t want too sit there. Well was a young girl with black hair just wouldn"t let us sit at the table on right. Very disappointed and we walked out she laughed.
