To improve they should adopt a less condescending, rude attitude from manageress.

My crab was cold so they took it back, instead of replacing with fresh food, they reheated the original cold one. when I asked to speak to a manager, her attitude was not good, she basically said it wasn't replaced with fresh as it's not their policy to do so and it was completely safe to reheat seafood in that way, saying their health and safety standards were very high.

I am from UK, I guess our food standards are a little more strict and our customer service a little more professional.

Needless to say, I did not accept the food and went to purchase food elsewhere. A shame that this will be my last memory of dining out in the US before my journey home to UK.
